Having a baby is hard enough, but imagine having a baby while your husband is deployed to Iraq.  17 women in Fort Bragg, NC are in that situation.  11 of them have husbands deployed and 6 of them are on active duty themselves.  Keepsakes & Such is proud to have been involved in a baby shower that took place June 3, 2007 for these brave women.  You can read about it  at Clever Parents.  There are more details of the actual event coming and I will let you know how it went.  Over 50 companies and many individuals participated by donating gifts for these soon-to-be-mommies.  The girls who planned it are planning to make it a full-fledged non-profit organization...again, more info is here.
